Your role will include:
To make outgoing sales calls to qualify and sell The Learn Centre’s entire range of learning and development solutions, services and products.
To fulfil and exceed agreed individual and team targets for revenue and call volumes.
Provide excellent customer care and display a positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude at all times.
To achieve specific sales targets each week.
To process incoming enquiries and bookings, to maximise revenues and exploit every sales opportunity.
To call leads and prospects as agreed with colleagues and the Team Leader.
To work with the Event Co-ordinator, Sales Support and Administration colleagues to minimise potential queries and streamline the sales product delivery processes.
The Successful Applicant
Critical to the success of this role you will have:
Previous experience successfully selling B2B on the telephone.
Success in a target driven environment.
Able to work with and meet KPI’s.
Ability to multitask.
Good computer skills.
Must be tenacious, persuasive, results and success-oriented, a self-starter with high energy and the ability to problem solve.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means with a variety of individuals and groups at all organisational levels.
